Our consultation services are available for nurses seeking guidance on workplace issues, providing personalized support and solutions to navigate challenges and ensure well-being at work.

1. Staff Requesting Consultation Must Provide Prior to Consultation To ensure a productive and focused Consultation, the requesting individual (or their representative) must provide the following information in advance: (1) Date of Concern: The date(s) when the issue or concern arose. (2) Names of Person(s) Involved in Concern: The names of any individuals involved (to the extent known and relevant). (3) Desired Outcome of Consultation: A brief description of the goals or outcomes sought from the Consultation. Failure to provide this information may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the Consultation. 2. Nature of the Consultation Consultations are informal, one-time (or limited) virtual meetings intended to provide general information and non-binding guidance. They do not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice), formal representation, or an ongoing client relationship. The Organization is not a law firm, medical provider, or licensed professional service entity, and no attorney-client, doctor-patient, or similar privileged relationship is formed. 3. No Guarantees or Warranties Any information, suggestions, or resources shared during a Consultation are provided "as is" for general informational purposes only. The Organization makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or outcomes of the information provided. Participation in a Consultation does not guarantee any specific result, resolution of issues, or desired outcome. 4. Confidentiality The Organization will treat information shared during the Consultation as confidential to the extent permitted by law, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self or others, child/elder abuse, or court order). However, as this is a virtual meeting, participants are responsible for ensuring their own privacy (e.g., using secure connections and private locations). The Organization does not guarantee absolute confidentiality in virtual formats. 5. Recording and Use of Information Consultations may not be recorded by participants without prior written consent from the Organization. The Organization may take internal notes for quality assurance and training purposes but will not share personal details without consent. 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organization, its staff, volunteers, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the Consultation, including but not limited to reliance on any information provided, decisions made, or actions taken based on the Consultation. 7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization and its representatives from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of information provided during the Consultation or any misrepresentation of the Consultation's nature. 8. Cancellation and No-Show Policy Consultations are a limited resource. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours' notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in ineligibility for future Consultations. 9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by both state and federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. 10. Changes to Terms The Organization reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in Consultations constitutes acceptance of any changes.
